Tree Removal

Tree removal may be considered if the tree is either dead, diseased and dangerous or that the tree has become too established for its location.

Trees can either be straight felled from the ground if space and access is suitable, or they can be sectionally dismantled and lowered using ropes in the event of an obstacle being within the dropzone of the tree.

Site Clearance

Site clearances involve felling and removing all trees, shrubs and generally stumps. This is often required by clients who either want a new start in the garden or mainly commercially for clients who are undertaking building developments.

Tree Pruning

Tree pruning is required when a tree needs to be brought back to its natural shape. Pruning a tree is also required if a tree is getting too close to any near by structures and buildings. Pruning a tree also keeps the tree in a healthy state and helps encourage new growth.

Stump Grinding

Stump grinding is the process of removing the remaining trunk of a tree once it has been taken down. The grinder makes light work of removing stumps by turning them into small bits of wood chip mulch. Stumps are mainly removed when the space is required for a new structure such as a patio, lawn or fence. However, stumps are also removed to simply improve the aesthetics of the landscape.

Ground Maintenance

Ground maintenance involves jobs such as lawn mowing, strimming of large areas and bankings and general tidy up maintenance of domestic gardens or commercial property.

Hedge Maintenance

Hedge maintenance is crucial for any home or landowner as it helps to improve the appearance of their garden or landscape. It also maintains any access points and helps with safety on public footpaths etc.

We often advise clients to keep on top of their hedges annually to gain the best results from the hedge and keep them in a healthy state.
